Return Policy

Domestic and international orders typically ship 3-7 business days after they are placed. You will receive an email notification with the tracking information when your order ships.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but we are also a small-batch company. We can only accept the return of unopened goods for a replacement, credit, or full refund. (including original shipping costs)

If the bottles are in good condition, we will provide a return label for you at no charge. If you are not happy with an opened product, please let us know and we will do our best to address your concerns.

If your order was received damaged, please send us an email at contact@pisqueya.com describing the damage along with an attached photo. We are unable to accept damage claims over the phone, as carriers require email and photo proof. We do not accept returns for damaged items; instead, you will have the option to either be fully refunded or be sent a replacement bottle at no additional charge.
