If the bottles are in good condition, we will provide a return label for you at no charge. If you are not happy with an opened product, please let us know and we will do our best to address your concerns.
If your order was received damaged, please send us an email at contact@pisqueya.com describing the damage along with an attached photo. We are unable to accept damage claims over the phone, as carriers require email and photo proof. We do not accept returns for damaged items; instead, you will have the option to either be fully refunded or be sent a replacement bottle at no additional charge.
